The goal of Woof is to create a mobile app that helps first-time dog owners find the right dog for their lifestyle and personality by focusing on dog traits, not just breeds — making the process less overwhelming, more personalized, and ultimately more successful for both humans and dogs. This is achieved by doing the following:
1. Simplify the dog-matching experience
2. Introduce users to dog personalities
3. Provide guided onboarding through interactive quizzes
4. Educate and empower new dog owners
5. Create a delightful, mobile-first experience
6. Encourage adoption and responsible ownership

Woof is a friendly company, so therefore, it stands to reason that their personality should show in the branding. The typography was meant to feel casual and fun so the user can enjoy the process of using the app. As previously mentioned, the colour palette that was chosen uses colour spectrums that dogs can see while also maintaining a bright and fun feeling that was integral to the overall brand identity. The imagery used throughout the app was meant to appeal to all ages and gender, mirroring the target audience.
